Visit Grove Farm Museum

The unhurried two-hour guided walking tours of the buildings, gardens and grounds at Grove Farm museum in Lihue. Tours are given in small groups, (which fill up quickly!), and are led by Kauai residents who know the sugar plantation history and about life on the island.

Adults: $20

Children (5-12): $5

Kama'aina (with Hawaii State ID): $10 adult, $5 children

 

Because of the popularity of these tours, if you need to cancel please call (808) 245-3202 as soon as possible.

Tours are not given on most holidays and may be cancelled on rainy days.

Grove Farm is located on the western edge of Lihue on Nawiliwili Road between the Kukui Grove Shopping Center and Nawiliwili Harbor. Look for the the Grove Farm sign on the left side of Nawiliwili Road as you travel toward the harbor.

PARKING:

As you turn off Nawiliwili Road into the entrance, make an immediate left turn over the old railroad tracks at the TO PARKING sign, which will lead you onto the gravel road to

the parking lot.

ARRIVAL:

After parking and locking your car, go through the path cut into the grass hedge under the Kukui tree and walk to the Grove Farm front lawn. Please check in at the Plantation Office, which is the first building on your right.
